Since 1985, the Foundation has awarded over $50 million, impacting many of Atlanta's cultural, human services and educational organizations. The Foundation committee maintains a strong preference for grants that produce direct, observable impact on the lives of individuals. Funding priorities include education, at-risk youth, homelessness, art, cancer research/treatment and other areas of family interest with a geographic focus in Georgia, particularly the City of Atlanta and Morgan County.
